Tuffy Security Conceal Carry Security Drawer

The Conceal Carry Drawer is a security drawer that is made by Tuffy.  It is a drawer made from 16 gauge steel that is meant to be mounted underneath the seat on the driver side of a Jeep TJ that has a flip seat.  The design of this drawer is one that is form fitting and it gives you close to 150 cubic inches of storage space that is able to be locked securely.  The contents that you secure in the drawer can be accessed with ease simply by opening the drawer by sliding it on the ball bearing slides that are smooth.  This is accomplished by pulling on a conveniently placed lever. 

This security drawer features what Tuffy calls their Pry Guard system for locking.  There is a security lock that is double bitted and has 10 tumblers that has been built in and it is sealed from the weather.  Also incorporated into the design are a welded construction, a weather seal and a slide system that is fully extending and supremely heavy duty.  There is also a formed rib located inside the enclosed space with add additional strength to the locking system.  Also, the bolt blocker bracket that is exclusively seen on Tuffy products adds even more to the security of the drawer.

Tuffy Security: Security Deck Enclosure

This product brought to us by the minds at Tuffy is a security deck enclosure.  It creates a storage area that is both large and lockable and is completely protected on each side.  This unique design means that the security deck can be locked by the rear door of your Jeep.  When you close and lock the rear door, the enclosure is then locked up tight. 

The lid of the security deck is hinged to open easily and when it is shut it is secured by the use of a latching system that is quite innovative.  You can remove both the front and the lid with ease and even without any tools when you need to carry larger items.  The lid has a unique design and is made from a structural type of steel that has been welded.  It also has a large tray that is weight bearing that you can use for transporting or organizing cargo on the top of it.  In addition, there are also a couple of good sized trays on the sides right over the wheel well that allow for additional storage and organizational space.

This entire security deck is created from welded steel that is 16 gauge.  It also features fasteners that are heavy duty and the entire thing has been given a durable powder coat that is textured.

This security deck enclosure made by Tuffy will work just as well in vehicles that don’t have a subwoofer as it does in those that do.  It functions in tandem with the OE cover for the compartment or you may choose to get the Cubby Cover (also made by Tuffy).  Each one of the trays in the enclosure has had drain holes drilled into them so that there will not be any sort of moisture puddling in them.  This enclosure can be easily mounted and there is no drilling necessary whether you are mounting this in a 2 door Jeep or a 4 door Jeep.  It also works well with both soft tops and hard tops.

Tuffy Security Deluxe Stereo Security Console

The security console made by Tuffy Security is constructed from 16 gauge steel.  It features 2 compartments.  There is a compartment that is meant for mounting electronic equipment such as a CB radio or a stereo.  The other compartment is actually a rear storage space that is lockable and can accommodate tools, other valuables or even a CD changer.

When it comes to installation, although there is some minor drilling required, installation is still simple.  The console mounts right to the floor of your rig and the drilling is just to make 3 small holes. 

As far as the exterior of the console goes, there is a lined place for storing your sunglasses.  There are also two cup holders.  Inside the larger storage area, you will find that there is a place to store your smaller valuables.  All of the hardware necessary for installation – grade 8 - is included along with an armrest pad.  You can get this console in your choice of spice, gray or black.

The exterior dimensions of this Deluxe Stereo Security Console are as follows:

·         Cup holders measure 3 and a half inches in diameter

·         The entire thing is 24 inches long by 6 and a half inches wide and 18 and a half inches tall

The interior dimensions of this Deluxe Stereo Security Console are as follows:

·         While the rear compartment is tapered in length, the general measurements are 12 inches in length at the top and 16 inches in length at the bottom.  It is 6 inches wide and 12 inches high

·         The stereo compartment is actually pre-cut to fit a DIN mountable stereo.  It is 2 and an eighth inches long by 7 and a quarter inches wide by 7 inches deep.  It has a 67 degree angle.  Please keep in mind that this security console does not come with the stereo

The storage compartment in the rear is one that is lockable and it is lined with a floor mat made from rubber.  This console features the pushbutton latch system that Tuffy has had patented.  For your convenience and safety, the lid will latch closed while not needing to be locked while you are driving.
